Construction Rebate
The Oklahoma Propane Education and Safety Council will pay homebuilders up to $1,000.00 for each new home (up to 3) completed between January 1 and December 31, 2024, if propane appliances are included. DEALER REBATES
Media Rebates
If you’re a propane marketer, you’re bound to be interested in the Council’s media rebate program. For pre-approved advertising, the Council will rebate up to 50% of the cost of the ad.

Regulator Rebate Rules (pdf)
The Council provides $75 to help replace any out-of-date or faulty regulator. Although propane accidents are rare, faulty regulators are often the cause. Since 1997, the Council has provided more than 50,000 regulator rebates equaling over $2 Million.
Propane Construction Incentive Program
The Oklahoma Propane Education and Safety Council will pay Oklahoma Homebuilders up to $1,000.00 for each new home (up to 3) completed between January 1 and December 31, 2024, if propane appliances are included. Funds are limited so apply today!
MEDIA REBATE PROGRAM
The purpose of these sections is to establish for Oklahoma retail propane dealers a media rebate program that achieves increased public awareness and assists in the marketing of propane as an environmentally beneficial alternative fuel.
