40 State Regional FMCSA Emergency Declaration Extended

On February 3, 2026, FMCSA issued an extension to the 40 State Regional Emergency Declaration. The Declaration provides emergency regulatory relief from certain requirements in Part 395 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

The Oklahoma Propane Education and Safety Council (OPESC) approved the Oklahoma Propane Education Scholarship program at its last meeting.  The purpose of the program is to award post-secondary education scholarships to children of Oklahoma propane marketer employees.  Up to ten (10) $1,000.00 scholarships will be awarded.

The application window opens December 15th and closes February 15th.
