Registration is open for the 2025 OPESC training courses. Detailed course and registration information can be found HERE. Classes are free to all propane marketers and their employees. This list does not include the PERC classes held at the technology centers or the additional classes that are in the development stages.

2025 Construction Rebate

Propane Construction Incentive Program Available to Oklahoma Homebuilders

The Oklahoma Propane Education and Safety Council will pay you up to $1,000.00 for each new home (up to 3) completed between January 1 and December 31, 2025, if you include propane appliances. The Council Board meets on the second Friday of alternating months beginning each January unless otherwise noted.

Meetings are held at 12:30 p.m. at the offices of the Propane Center located at 3168 N. Portland., Oklahoma City, OK 73112.
